The goal of this survey is to better understand how those living with blood/iron disorders and working with a hematology team use technology to better understand their health. Specifically, we are interested in learning how those with blood/iron disorders use “Artificial Intelligence” (AI), a computer program that can answer questions or chat with you. In this survey, we refer to general AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or chatbots in your patient portal.
